The exhibition aims to introduce to Ho Chi Minh City residents and tourists the vibrant development of the city's tourism industry over the past 30 years.

The exhibition displays and introduces more than 300 valuable and touching photo documents of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism about the moments marking important milestones in the process of reaping outstanding achievements of the city's tourism. The highlight of the exhibition is the summary of 30 things that have been done, contributing to creating a new look for the city with the image of an attractive, friendly and safe destination.

The exhibition also features artistic photography works about Ho Chi Minh City. Along with that are award-winning photography works in the photography contest organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Photography Association.

Mr. Le Truong Hien Hoa, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism said: “2023 marks the 30-year milestone of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism’s continuous efforts to develop with the dynamism and creativity of the tourism workforce, contributing to the socio-economic development of the city and the country. The exhibition is one of the impressive activities, aiming to provide documents and images of the achievements of Ho Chi Minh City’s tourism industry”.

According to comrade Le Truong Hien Hoa, through the exhibition, it helps people, visitors, those who love, do business and work in the tourism sector to identify the characteristics, beauty and traditional values ​​of the tourism industry as well as the need to orient tourism development in accordance with social life and world trends. From there, each person will raise awareness in preserving, conserving and promoting the good traditional cultural values ​​of the city's tourism industry in particular and Vietnam in general.

The exhibition will run until August 31. Visitors to the exhibition will receive a 20% discount on tickets to see the whole view of Ho Chi Minh City at the Saigon Skydeck observation deck.
