Under the leadership of the Party, the revolutionary cause of the Vietnamese people has achieved great victories of epochal significance, changing the lives of every citizen and the destiny of the nation. Through this, it further affirms the role, prestige, capacity, and fighting spirit of the Party on the path of the Vietnamese revolution, contributing to strengthening the faith of all cadres, Party members, and the people in the Party's leadership in the new era of development - the era of the nation's rise.
In his opening remarks, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum Vu Manh Ha recalled the history of exactly 95 years ago, from January 6th to February 7th, 1930, in Kowloon, Hong Kong (China), the founding conference of the Communist Party of Vietnam took place under the chairmanship of Comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc (Ho Chi Minh). The birth of the Party was a crucial turning point in the history of the Vietnamese revolution, ending a period of crisis regarding the path to national salvation and opening a new era in the cause of national liberation and building a Vietnam for the goal of independence linked with socialism, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, headed by President Ho Chi Minh.
According to Mr. Vu Manh Ha, the images, documents, and artifacts in the exhibition provide an overview of the 95-year journey of the Communist Party of Vietnam in assuming its mission of leading the country and accompanying the nation. Under the leadership of the Party, headed by President Ho Chi Minh, the Vietnamese people have defeated many invading enemies and achieved great feats in the 20th century, such as: the victory of the August Revolution in 1945, establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam - the first people's democratic state in Southeast Asia; the glorious Dien Bien Phu victory in 1954, which shook the world; and the Great Spring Victory of 1975, completely liberating the South and unifying the country. After achieving complete independence and national reunification, our Party continued to lead the cause of national construction and defense, and the reform process from 1986 to the present, with many remarkable achievements in economics, culture, society, national defense, security, diplomacy, and many other important fields.
Mr. Vu Manh Ha emphasized that, looking back at the historical journey, it can be affirmed that the correct and wise leadership of the Party is the important factor that determines all the victories of the Vietnamese revolution. It is in the process of leading the revolution that the Communist Party of Vietnam has been tempered, tested, and continuously matured, worthy of its historical role and mission in leading the nation, and worthy of the people's trust. Constantly innovating its leadership methods, the Communist Party of Vietnam possesses the courage, wisdom, experience, prestige, and ability to lead the country through all difficulties and challenges to achieve national development and prosperity, ensuring a life of abundance, freedom, and happiness for our people. Proud of the glorious Party and the great President Ho Chi Minh, the entire Party, army, and people of Vietnam have even greater confidence in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, which will continue to lead the Vietnamese nation into a new era of development – an era of national progress.

Also at this exhibition, the Ho Chi Minh Museum is introducing to the public a number of documents and artifacts related to the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, collected from the Republic of France in 2024.
