Lieutenant General Dong Sy Nguyen (1923-2019), was born in Quang Trung commune, Quang Trach district (now Ba Don town). His life and career are associated with glorious victories in the two resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism. He was a talented and strategic general with many glorious victories, living a life full of loyalty to his comrades and teammates. We remember the image of a leader who was steadfast in his stance and principles, and at the same time always struggled to explore and innovate in the face of new developments in reality.

The exhibition is divided into four parts: Homeland and family; The imprint of Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh trail on the "fire land" of Quang Binh; Lieutenant General Dong Sy Nguyen with Party and State leaders and foreign affairs activities; Homeland sentiment and comradely affection.
