Implementing the Project on communication to prevent and combat the harmful effects of alcohol and beer until 2030 in the province

Accordingly, the goal of the Project is that by 2030, 95% of adults will be informed about the harmful effects of alcohol and beer and measures to prevent and combat the harmful effects of alcohol and beer; 100% of vehicle drivers will be informed and disseminated legal regulations on not drinking alcohol while driving; 100% ofeducational institutions will conduct communication on preventing and combating the harmful effects of alcohol and beer appropriate to the age of students; 95% of alcohol and beer businesses and 90% of households and individuals producing craft alcohol will be informed and guided about legal regulations on preventing and combating the harmful effects of alcohol and beer and other relevant legal regulations.

Traffic Police force gives out standard helmets, integrates communication to prevent the harmful effects of alcohol and beer.

To achieve the goal, the plan proposes four main solutions, including: Strengthening the leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels on communication work to prevent and combat the harmful effects of alcohol and beer; Regularly organizing training to improve capacity and communication skills for those participating in communication work to prevent and combat the harmful effects of alcohol and beer from the provincial to grassroots levels and deploying effective and appropriate forms of communication.

The Provincial People's Committee directs departments, branches, localities, socio -political organizations, and unions to proactively develop detailed plans, allocate funds, and seriously implement them according to their functions, tasks, and fields. In particular, Dak Lak Newspaper, Dak Lak Radio and Television Station, the Provincial Electronic Information Portal, and press agencies in the province will develop news, articles, reports, and columns to propagate the work of preventing and combating the harmful effects of alcohol and beer, increase broadcasting time and capacity, and diversify forms of propaganda to improve the effectiveness of communication work.
