Deploying the plan to organize the Khanh Hoa Provincial Children's Fine Arts Award

According to the plan, the Provincial Children's Fine Arts Award is for 3 age groups: Kindergarten, from 6 to 11 years old, from 12 to 15 years old. Each child can participate in a maximum of 3 works, with unlimited materials, with themes reflecting the beauty and love of family, homeland and country through the following topics: Historical relics, scenic spots, daily life, tourism...; expressing the feelings of teenagers and children towards beloved Uncle Ho, through the following topics: Portraits, daily life, study...; protecting the environment, traffic safety, children with the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is responsible for advising the Provincial People's Committee to establish an organizing committee and approve the results of the competition.

The Department of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training disseminate and disseminate the plan to managers, teachers, staff, parents and students at educational institutions in the area; promote and encourage artistic creation activities inside and outside schools; create conditions for children and teenagers from preschool to secondary school age to participate in the contest; discover talented children to have training and nurturing plans. At the same time, participate in the annual national awards for typical works participating in the contest, and award-winning works according to the plan. The contest will be launched in schools from October 1 and will end on January 28 of the following year.
