These are two large general hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City, with a very large number of patients coming for medical examination and treatment every day (average 6,000 - 8,000 medical examinations and treatments/day).
Lieutenant Colonel Ho Thi Lanh, Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (PC06), Ho Chi Minh City Police, said that since the pilot implementation, Ho Chi Minh City Police has received many positive reviews and feedbacks from facilities implementing the ASM software pilot and from people coming to the facilities to stay.

ASM accommodation notification software is connected to the National Population Database system and is integrated with many other utilities to help accommodation businesses and medical facilities manage more closely and effectively the services provided by their units.
This software also serves people to declare information automatically and quickly without having to present documents to verify identity... Medical facilities and people can log in and use the ASM software through the VneID electronic identification application.
In addition, in reality, there are still some difficulties in the implementation process, so Ho Chi Minh City Police have proposed the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (C06), Ministry of Public Security to study and adjust to increasingly improve the ASM software.
After that, the implementation of residence notification via ASM software will be expanded to all accommodation businesses and medical facilities throughout the city to improve the effectiveness of residence notification work to implement the 2020 Law on Residence and serve to ensure security and order at hospitals.
Previously, the Steering Committee for Project 06 issued Plan No. 1508/KH-BCĐ on piloting and expanding the implementation of notification of accommodation via ASM software at accommodation establishments and medical facilities in the city on April 5. In order to effectively serve the above work, the Steering Committee for Project 06 organized a pilot implementation of notification of accommodation via ASM software at 5 establishments (3 hospitals and 2 accommodation service establishments).
