Implementing the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch on ensuring traffic safety during the April 30 - May 1 holidays and the 2025 summer tourist peak

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 975/UBND-XH on the implementation of Official Dispatch No. 39/CD-TTg dated April 17, 2025 of the Prime Minister on ensuring traffic order and safety (TTATGT) to serve people's travel needs during the April 30 - May 1 holidays and the peak summer tourism season in 2025. The Provincial People's Committee has the following comments:

The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with the departments and branches: Provincial Police, Health, Science and Technology, Education and Training, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and related units to strictly implement the instructions of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 39/CD-TTg dated April 17, 2025, of the Provincial People's Committee in Plan No. 122/KH-UBND dated January 15, 2025 and related documents on ensuring traffic safety to serve the travel needs of people during the April 30 - May 1 holiday and the 2025 summer tourist peak to ensure compliance with the actual situation in the locality.

Take the lead in coordinating with the Provincial Police, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and related units, review and advise the Provincial People's Committee to promptly direct, ensure transportation activities, protect traffic infrastructure and traffic safety corridors during the April 30 - May 1 holiday and the 2025 summer tourist peak, and at the same time urge related units to synthesize and report implementation results to the National Traffic Safety Committee and the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.

The Provincial Police Department shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and related units to organize peak periods of patrolling, reviewing and strictly handling violations of traffic safety according to regulations.

Propose that Ha Nam Newspaper strengthen propaganda, dissemination, legal education, raise awareness, consciousness, and traffic participation skills of people.

Departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and related units, according to their functions and tasks, closely coordinate with the Department of Construction to well implement the above contents; report the implementation results to the Department of Construction for synthesis according to regulations.
