On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7 (1954 - 2024), this morning, April 22, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang visited and expressed gratitude to soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who participated in the fight and served in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and are living in the province, including: Mr. Hoang Hai Nam (born in 1927), in Trieu Do commune and relatives of Mr. Le Quang Tuu, in Trieu Dai commune, Trieu Phong district; Mr. Nguyen Huu Gia (born in 1927), in Hai Son commune, Hai Lang district.

At the places visited, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang kindly asked about the health and life of the families.
At the same time, express gratitude and respect for the great contributions and sacrifices of soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who directly participated in fighting and serving in the resistance war against French colonialism, contributing with the whole country to the Dien Bien Phu Victory "famous in five continents, shaking the earth".
