On February 16, the police of Ward 13, Tan Binh District, were taking statements from relevant people to investigate and handle the case of a chicken stew restaurant on Cong Hoa Street being vandalized.

According to initial investigation information, at around midnight on February 16, a man came to the above shop to buy chicken. While waiting, this person teased Ms. DMA (17 years old, girlfriend of the male employee named NHH).
Seeing his girlfriend being teased by the guest, H. went to tell the man to stop teasing his girlfriend. At this time, the man got angry and started cursing and pushing H., but was stopped by everyone.
However, the other man still picked up items in the shop and threw them at A. and H., and at the same time picked up a wine bottle and threw it at the tempered glass door.

Ward 13 police arrived and took the guest and related people to the headquarters for investigation. Initially, the man's identity was identified as P. (40 years old, local resident).
The case is currently being investigated and clarified by the police.
