Dr. Quach Thanh Hai, Head of Training Department, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education, said that the standard scores for all pedagogical majors are above 24 points. The highest standard score for this major is English pedagogy with 27.5 points and is also the major with the highest standard score in the school.

Next is the control and automation engineering technology industry, the information technology industry (Vietnamese system), with benchmark scores of 26.14 points and 25.97 points respectively. There are 40/66 training programs with benchmark scores of 24 points or more.

Over 74% of candidates admitted from high school exam scores above 24 points.

In 2024, the number of candidates admitted by early admission method is 48% and 52% admitted by high school exam method.

Dr. Quach Thanh Hai noted that admitted candidates must confirm their admission online on the Ministry of Education and Training's system before 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2024.

Candidates will complete the admission procedures online at: https://nhaphoc.hcmute.edu.vn/ from August 21 to 27, 2024. At the same time, the school will provide student ID numbers and passwords to successful candidates via SMS (HCMUTE) on August 19 and 20, 2024.
