On the morning of August 24, at the Provincial Library, the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the 2023 Thai Binh Province Reading Culture Ambassador Contest took place.

The organizers awarded first prize to the contestants.

The Reading Culture Ambassador Contest was started by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2019. In response to this meaningful activity, 2023 is the second year that the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to organize a provincial-level contest for all students from primary to high school. Accepting entries from April 24 to June 20, 2023, the contest has attracted over 15,000 entries from districts and cities in the province.

With the theme “I love my homeland, my country”, this year’s contest was organized with many new features, encouraging initiative and maximizing the creativity of the contestants. Through the contest forms: writing, videos, drawing, writing plays, poems, short stories… all entries have contributed practically to spreading the love of reading, arousing personal responsibility for the homeland and country. In addition, the entries all demonstrate action plans and experience initiatives that can be applied to spread and develop reading culture in the community.

The group has many contestants participating and winning prizes in the competition.

The contestants won second prize in the competition. The contestants won third prize in the competition.

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the best contestants in each competition.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 3 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes, and 8 consolation prizes to students with the best entries. In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded thematic prizes and commended the groups with many contestants participating and winning prizes in the competition.
