Awarding the special prize of Northern lottery worth 500 million VND

From the beginning of 2023 to now, there have been 5 Special Prize sets with a total value of 16 billion 125 million VND distributed to Ninh Binh province.

Lottery issuance is a financial measure to mobilize idle money from the people into the State budget to build public welfare works to serve people's lives through lottery tickets. At the same time, it meets the legitimate and legal entertainment needs of the people, contributing to the fight, prevention and reduction of gambling and lottery evils, and making society healthy.
