Mr. Dinh Van Tuan - Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee expressed his joy when attending the Ceremony to present the right to use the TRI AN CARE technology platform at Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health - an advanced solution integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) and through the introduction of Tri An Company about the platform, the elderly in Lam Dong province will be cared for every minute with modern technology thanks to digital transformation.

In a science and technology event, Professor Tran Hong Thai - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee was concerned about the fact that in today's society, children work far away and leave their parents alone at home. If there is a sudden health problem and no one knows how to provide timely emergency care, it will be very dangerous, as in the case of a father in Nam Dinh who died of a stroke and his daughter only found out a few days later. He discussed with young people Tran Gia Bach (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tri An Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company) and Nguyen Kim Cuong (technology expert) to find a solution to this situation. After 5 months of day and night research and development efforts, with the support and encouragement of Professor Tran Hong Thai, the technology research team consulted with the Director of Lam Dong Department of Health, the Director of Lam Dong General Hospital and the emergency team to complete a product to monitor, warn and provide timely emergency support for elderly people with urgent health problems, and resolve their critical situations.

In addition, it is known that this software also uses AI technology to analyze diseases, preferences, habits and uses the voices of relatives to confide in each other every day, making the elderly's old age life happier. Also on this technology platform, the elderly can also practice memory, exchange life experiences with each other, and interact with their children and grandchildren to pass on their professional skills to the next generation. With all these advantages, this technology product has won the Sao Khue Award in 2025 in the field of new and breakthrough technology applied to life.
