BBK - On the afternoon of April 16, at the Hall of the Provincial Party Committee's Party Building Committees, the Executive Committee of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee solemnly held the Ceremony to award Party Badges on May 19, 2025 and Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to Party members who have excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years.

Attending the ceremony were Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and leaders of provincial departments, branches and organizations.

At the ceremony, comrade Hoang Luc Do, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, announced the Decision to award the 30-year Party membership badge on May 19, 2025 to 03 party members, including comrades: Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Pham Duy Hung, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Trieu Thi Thuy, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union. Certificates of Merit were awarded to party organizations and party members who met the criteria for excellently completing their tasks for 5 consecutive years (2020-2024), including comrade Phuong Thi Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council.

Comrades Phuong Thi Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Dang Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented the 30-year Party membership badge to comrade Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee presented flowers and awarded the 30-year Party membership badge to comrade Pham Duy Hung, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee presented flowers and the 30-year Party membership badge to comrade Trieu Thi Thuy, President of the Provincial Women's Union.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee took a souvenir photo with 3 comrades receiving the Party Badge.

Speaking at the ceremony, representing the Party members who received the Party Badge and Certificate of Merit from the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on this occasion, Comrade Pham Duy Hung, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, expressed his joy and honor at the recognition of the efforts and dedication of individuals over the past time.
