Attending the meeting were comrades: Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Party building committees; leaders of departments and branches subject to organizational restructuring; retired cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Pursuant to Resolution 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2027 of the 12th Party Central Committee “Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently”; Decree 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the reorganization of the apparatus of the political system; according to the wishes of individuals and proposals of agencies and units, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee consider and issue decisions for 13 cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to retire before the retirement age according to Decree 178 of the Government.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Cao Thi Hoa An acknowledged and commended the exemplary spirit, putting the interests of the Party and the homeland first, and being willing to sacrifice personal interests to contribute to helping the political system and the state apparatus operate better of the leaders and officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee who have retired.
Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An hopes that retired cadres will continue to keep the flame of enthusiasm, set good examples in activities at their residence, contribute their experience and intelligence to join hands with the Party Committee, government and people to build Phu Yen to be more civilized and prosperous.
