Giving gifts to disadvantaged students at Bien Bach Dong Primary School

This morning (April 20), the Provincial People's Committee Youth Union, the Provincial People's Procuracy Youth Union, the Provincial People's Court Youth Union, the Provincial Petroleum Company Youth Union and the Cho Em project organized a gift giving activity for disadvantaged students at Bien Bach Dong Primary School, Bien Bach Dong Commune, Thoi Binh District.

The program awarded 50 gifts with a total value of over 30 million VND to disadvantaged students at Bien Bach Dong Primary School.

The gifts include rice, milk, cooking oil, and other essentials. Most of the students here face many difficulties in life. Many have to live with their grandparents because their parents work in industrial zones outside the province.

Bien Bach Dong Primary School, Bien Bach Dong Commune, Thoi Binh District has many students in difficult circumstances.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of the People's Procuracy of Ca Mau province and Mr. Do Hai Dang, Deputy Head of the Science, Education and Culture Department, Office of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, presented gifts to the students.

This activity is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the 139th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2025) and the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the People's Procuracy (July 26, 1960 - July 26, 2025). In the near future, the Provincial People's Committee Youth Union will organize many more practical social security activities towards this series of special events.
