On April 15, Ho Chi Minh City Police in coordination with the City Women's Union organized the program "Giving livelihoods to women who have reformed, reintegrated into the community and women in especially difficult circumstances" with the message "Leave no one behind".

In order to effectively implement the content of the coordination plan between the City Women's Union and the City Police oneducation, rehabilitation and helping female prisoners, inmates, and students reintegrate into the community in the period of 2022-2026 and the project "Giving 35 means of livelihood to care for women who have reformed and reintegrated into the community", the City Police Women's Union has coordinated with the District Women's Union to participate in a survey of cases of women who have reformed and reintegrated into the community in difficult circumstances, without stable jobs, and disadvantaged women lacking initial capital.

Through the actual survey, the units agreed to select cases that need appropriate support and help. Each woman has different circumstances and ages, some are very young, but the common point among them is that they really need attention and sharing from their families and society to help them overcome their inferiority complex, overcome themselves and soon stabilize their lives.

After 3 years of implementation (2022-2024), the City Police Women's Association has advised the Party Committee - Board of Directors to organize the granting of livelihood support to 21 cases, capital support to 2 cases with a total implementation cost of more than 214 million VND. The main means of livelihood are beverage carts, food carts, motorbikes... which are means of supporting small trading, helping women have a job to earn a living, have an income to stabilize their lives soon.

With the achieved results, in 2025, the City Police Women's Union advised the Party Committee - Board of Directors to coordinate with the City Women's Union to organize the granting of livelihood support to 13 cases, and capital support for 5 cases living in the city.

It is known that in the city there are still a number of disadvantaged women, women reintegrating into the community with especially difficult circumstances, unstable jobs and income, and need livelihood support as a means of daily living.

Therefore, the City Police and the City Women's Union organized to present means of livelihood and provide capital support to cases to help and create favorable conditions for cases of reintegration into the community to strive to become useful people for society, women in especially difficult circumstances, to soon stabilize their lives, and rise up from their own willpower.
