Accordingly, Captain Vo Van Thinh, a driver of the Tien Giang Provincial Border Guard Command, and Captain Nguyen Quoc Huong, a driver of the Bac Lieu Provincial Border Guard Command, were mobilized to reinforce the Military Region.

On April 8, two comrades on their way back to their unit discovered a wallet dropped on the side of the road, containing nearly 20 million VND in cash and some personal papers all bearing the name of Nguyen Duy Dung, residing in Cam Ly, Luc Nam, Bac Giang. Immediately afterwards, the two comrades quickly reported to the commander according to the hierarchy; found and returned the wallet to the person who dropped it, Lieutenant Nguyen Duy Dung, an officer of Division 325, Corps 12, who was training with the army soldiers to serve the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Colonel Khong Dinh Tam emphasized that the beautiful actions of Captain Vo Van Thinh and Captain Nguyen Quoc Huong not only demonstrated the noble qualities and personalities of the two soldiers but also contributed to beautifying the image and noble qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era; they are shining examples for comrades to learn and follow.

In the coming time, the Political Commissar of Military Region 2 hopes that Captain Vo Van Thinh and Captain Nguyen Quoc Huong, along with all officers and soldiers participating in the parade, will continue to promote the tradition of the unit and the Army, demonstrated through practical actions and deeds; promote the results and achievements that have been achieved, strive to practice, excellently complete the assigned tasks, contribute to the success of the celebration, worthy of the expectations of the people of the whole country.
