Awarding ceremony of the "Organization of grassroots cultural institution activities" contest in 2025

This year's contest took place in 11 communes, wards and towns representing 11 districts, towns and cities in the province. Each unit organized an activity suitable to the functions and tasks of cultural institutions to basically meet the spiritual needs of the people in each locality.

According to the evaluation of the Organizing Committee of the contest, many localities have proactively mobilized many forces into the program of activities, creating very positive social effects. The activities have attracted a large number of local people to participate, both as creators and as cultural beneficiaries.

The Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the People's Committee of My Phuoc town, Tan Phuoc district.

Many types of culture - art, physical education and sports appear in the programs, showing the richness in the spiritual life of the people, such as: Countryside market; flower street space; drum - lion - unicorn - dragon performance; amateur music; singing together; circus - magic; folk dance - modern dance - health dance; martial music - martial arts performance; exhibition of economic - cultural - social achievements, national defense and security, sports talent activities...

At the Closing Ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 11 Certificates of Merit from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to district-level units participating in the Contest "Organizing grassroots cultural institutions" in Tien Giang province in 2025, including: 1 First prize, 2 Second prizes, 3 Third prizes and 5 Encouragement prizes. The unit of the People's Committee of My Phuoc town (Tan Phuoc district) won the First prize.
