Not stopping there, the outstanding students in the competition also participated in the Vietnam Pho Festival 2024 in Seoul in October 2024. Here, they enjoyed many unique pho dishes from Vietnam, and learned about pho ingredients, from typical spices to elaborate processing procedures.
"Thank you very much Tuoi Tre newspaper for such a meaningful and useful contest. This is the first time Korean students studying Vietnamese studies have had the opportunity to write deeply about a Vietnamese dish and learn more about Vietnamese culture and cuisine," said Prof. Dr. Bae Yang Soo.
