Awarding ceremony of the contest to learn about the historical and cultural traditions of Quang Nam, the history of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee

At the opening ceremony of the exhibition, displaying socio -economic, defense and security achievements; introducing typical products, OCOP products to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Quang Nam's liberation and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee awarded prizes for the Contest to learn about the historical and cultural traditions of Quang Nam, the History of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on the Internet and the Press Award to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Quang Nam's liberation and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee.

Attending and presenting awards to the winning collectives and individuals were Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Provincial People's Committee Chairman Le Van Dung, and Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Chairman Le Tri Thanh.

The contest to learn about the historical and cultural traditions of Quang Nam and the history of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on the internet took place from February 10 to March 10, 2025. After 1 month of launching, the contest received active response and participation from cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies, units, and localities; cadres and soldiers of the armed forces; youth union members, students, and people inside and outside the province. In addition to learning about the history, culture, and people of Quang Nam, the contest also contributed to conveying and spreading positive information to honor the great achievements that the Quang Nam Party Committee, army, and people have achieved during the 95-year journey of building, protecting, and developing the province.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 4 first prizes, 8 second prizes, 12 third prizes and 20 consolation prizes to outstanding individuals. At the same time, 11 groups with active participation and good achievements in the competition were rewarded.

With the Press Award to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Quang Nam's liberation and the 95th anniversary of the establishment of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, there were 100 works by 71 authors/groups of authors from many press agencies inside and outside the province participating. The works vividly depicted the socio-economic development achievements of Quang Nam after 50 years of liberation, promoting and introducing the potential, strengths, orientations and development opportunities in the new period according to the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2023, with a vision to 2050. Through the selection and award rounds, the Organizing Committee awarded 38 prizes to authors/groups of authors. Including: 2 A prizes, 9 B prizes, 11 C prizes and 16 consolation prizes.
