Awarding Bachelor's degrees in English Language to 109 students

On April 5, Cuu Long University held a closing ceremony and awarded bachelor's degrees to 109 students of the regular second-degree university training program, English Language major, course 9.

Attending the ceremony were Dr. Dang Thi Ngoc Lan, Vice Principal of Cuu Long University; leaders of departments, faculties, institutes and affiliated centers.

Dr. Dang Thi Ngoc Lan delivered the opening speech at the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Dang Thi Ngoc Lan - Vice Principal of Cuu Long University - praised and highly appreciated the learning and research spirit of the new graduates.

The Vice President of Cuu Long University affirmed that after 25 years of construction and development, the university is becoming a prestigious university in the Mekong Delta region, a high-quality university and postgraduate training center, serving the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.

In recent years, implementing the policy of socializingeducation and training, and at the same time aiming to further expand the scale of training, to best meet the human resources for the development of the country, Cuu Long University has opened many more systems and training majors, including English Language, 2nd degree university.

In this 9th course alone, 109 students were qualified to graduate. The students actively participated in serious study, had the will and determination to excel in their studies to complete the course program.

Dr. Dang Thi Ngoc Lan added that Cuu Long University is currently training 8 master's degrees and 4 doctoral degrees. The school always opens its doors to welcome new graduates to study and improve their qualifications.

"I hope that the new graduates will continue to strive, promote their enthusiasm, and apply the knowledge they have learned at Cuu Long University in the best and most effective way into their practical work" - Dr. Dang Thi Ngoc Lan said.

As a result, after 2 years of study, 109/112 students of the 9th course of the second degree in English Language were recognized as graduates. Of these, 3 students graduated with distinction, accounting for 2.75%.

Representatives of new graduates presented donations to the school's scholarship fund.

Cuu Long University has awarded 4 students with high achievements in studying and training. Of which, 3 students have excellent academic achievements, 1 student has achieved many positive contributions in studying.

On this occasion, the new graduates contributed 5 million VND to the school's scholarship fund, helping students in difficult circumstances to excel in their studies.

Over 25 years of construction and development, Cuu Long University has trained and awarded degrees to nearly 35,000 bachelors, engineers and nearly 1,200 masters.
