Attending the ceremony were: Lieutenant General Hoang Khanh Hung - Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs; Lieutenant Colonel Mai Ngoc Tuan - Deputy Director of the Center for Consulting, Surveying and Designing National Defense Works; Mr. Ho Duc Thanh - Chairman of the Provincial Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs; Mr. Nguyen Huu Ha - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district and representatives of the Party Committee and government of Hung Dao commune.

The Association presented 60 million VND sponsored by the National Defense Construction Design and Survey Consulting Center - Engineering Corps to Ms. Pham Thi Thuy, born in 1967 - daughter of martyr Pham Van Sinh in hamlet 3, Hung Dao commune, Hung Nguyen district.

Up to now, the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An province has called for the construction of 588 gratitude houses for relatives of martyrs and meritorious people in the province.
This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", caring for the families of martyrs and people with revolutionary contributions, helping families have solid houses, reducing difficulties, stabilizing their lives as well as contributing to the locality's efforts to eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, and build new rural areas.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs awarded a Certificate of Merit to member Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - reporter of the Communications Department, Nghe An Newspaper for her outstanding achievements in the activities of Gratitude to Martyrs and building the Association in 2024.
