In recent days, relief shipments from people from all over have been delivered to many flood-affected areas in the North. In the process of sorting relief supplies, there have been many cases of finding skirts that are too short, evening gowns, torn or damaged clothes that are difficult to wear.
Recently, netizens shared a series of photos of people finding new bridal dresses and evening gowns in relief clothing. In the photo, a woman tried on a white wedding dress to record the memory.

Immediately, the image received many shares and mixed comments from the community.
A netizen commented: "If you have the heart, when donating clothes to charity, you should wash them clean, fold them neatly, and choose the clothes carefully. Don't donate all kinds of dresses."
"Personally, I think dresses or clothes are fine as long as they are not too old or torn. If they don't wear them now, they will wear them later. For many people, a wedding dress is a lifelong dream. We should be happy," said netizen CucNguyen.
However, some people said that we shouldn't take pictures of donated dresses and post them on social media as a joke, because behind them is the heart of the donor.
Netizen TH wrote: "Thank them for whatever help they can give you. Throw away anything you don't use. You shouldn't do that. It's not a joke."
Funny image, no sarcasm intended
In an interview with Dan Tri , Ms. NTH (living in Yen Bai) confirmed that these were the pictures she took when people came to choose clothes brought by the charity group.
Ms. H. expressed surprise because the images on her personal page attracted attention and received many mixed opinions from netizens.
"I posted the photo just to have fun after the tiring days of storms and floods. I don't understand why many people think it's a joke or mockery. I had absolutely no intention of posting the photo. We really appreciate all the affection from our compatriots across the country."
According to Ms. H., the wedding dress is new and beautiful but not really suitable for people in flood-affected areas.
"I hung the dress up to take pictures, avoiding leaving it on the floor, people walking in will get dirty," Ms. H. shared.
Seeing the beautiful wedding dress, a local who had never worn it on a wedding day tried it on. A man who was doing charity work even asked to take a photo with it with a big smile.
Ms. H. said: "The clothes donated to charity are all new and beautiful. People can choose according to their needs and suitability, without any intention of blaming or ridiculing."

As a resident of an area affected by recent floods and landslides, Ms. H. believes that the relief items are very valuable. However, benefactors can send people practical, usable items.
"When there is a flood, people can provide food and water. Then, volunteer groups can help with items such as pots, stoves, hoes, and shovels to help people stabilize their lives. Regarding clothes, before donating, I hope everyone will prepare them carefully, avoiding torn, damaged, dirty, and unusable items," Ms. H. shared her personal opinion with Dan Tri.
