Equipping design thinking and innovation skills for Quang Nam students

Quang Nam students are introduced to an overview of innovation; familiarized with some terms and definitions related to innovation; as well as learning about the principles of innovation management.

The training program also equips students with basic knowledge of design thinking, including: introduction to design thinking, steps in the design thinking process, techniques to inspire and stimulate creative thinking, and guidance on how to apply design thinking to work and study practices.

Students are also trained in important skills in teamwork and effective work management such as: communication skills, conflict resolution, work motivation, problem solving, division and scientific work management.

Through the training course, students will be able to raise their awareness of design thinking and innovation in a new context, contributing to improving productivity and quality during their studies, training, and after graduation.
