Tran Yen speeds up the progress of site clearance for the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Tran Yen industrial park (phase 1)

Implementing the project of investing in construction and business of infrastructure of Tran Yen Industrial Park (phase 1), the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council is carrying out the steps of investigation, survey, recording the current status, measuring, counting, classifying the recovered area and assets attached to the recovered land, and the recovered land area. Accordingly, the total recovered land area in phase 1 is nearly 255 hectares, of which the first phase is over 108 hectares.

Up to now, the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council has completed the detailed inventory of land and assets on land for 181 households, individuals and 2 organizations with a total area of 106 hectares. The People's Committee of Tran Yen district continues to direct the Council to continue to propagate and mobilize to inventory land and assets on land for the remaining area of 1.6 hectares, striving to complete before April 30.

Regarding the progress of compensation and support for moving graves to ensure the progress of the project, the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council has mobilized people to move graves first. Up to now, the Council has paid 3.4 billion VND for 100/158 graves.

To continue to remove difficulties and obstacles, speed up the implementation of the project to invest in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure, Tran Yen district assigned the People's Committee of Minh Quan commune to continue to propagate and mobilize people to coordinate with the Land and Asset Inventory Council.

Complete the verification of the origin, time of land use, time of formation of construction assets, perennial tree planting on agricultural land, verify the population of households and individuals as a basis for pricing and making compensation plans to ensure progress in accordance with the provisions of law. At the same time, continue to propagate and mobilize households with graves to move in April 2025 to hand over the site to the investor.

For the resettlement area, Tran Yen district assigned the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council to coordinate with the People's Committee of Minh Quan commune to urgently work with households and individuals whose land has been recovered and still has difficulties and problems in April as a basis for the District Investment and Construction Project Management Board to have a basis to complete the dossier to change the land use purpose and construct the project according to regulations.

It is known that Tran Yen Industrial Park, Yen Bai province has been approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning for the development of industrial parks in Vietnam in Official Dispatch No. 91/TTg-CN dated January 24, 2022, with an area of 339 hectares in Bao Hung commune and Minh Quan commune, Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province.

The 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan of Tran Yen Industrial Park (phase I) has been approved in Decision No. 1506/QD-UBND dated August 31, 2022 of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province.

Accordingly, the planning area of phase I is 254.59ha. The project's objective is to invest in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure. The total estimated investment capital is 2,184.33 billion VND. The project implementation period is 50 years from the date of approval of the investment policy and approval of the investor.
