When arriving at Thai Binh Farm Town Health Station, the first impression that everyone notices is a clean, airy campus, with ornamental plants and a well-planned medicinal herb garden.

Ms. Vu Thi Mui, Thong Nhat area, Thai Binh Farm town said: In recent years, people in our town almost do not have to go far to see a doctor if it is not a serious or dangerous illness because the medical station has invested in modern facilities and medical examination and treatment equipment. The attitude of doctors and nurses towards people is always cheerful, enthusiastic and thoughtful. In addition, the campus and offices, the clinic are clean, making us very satisfied when examining and treating. I have been treated for high blood pressure here for more than 2 years. Every month I come to the station for a check-up and get medicine, I feel very comfortable. My blood pressure is stable, my health is much better.

Along with Ms. Mui, people in Thai Binh Farm town are increasingly satisfied with the quality of medical examination and treatment at the medical station. Therefore, the number of patients coming to the station for examination and treatment has increased. In 2024, the station examined and treated over 3,300 people, an increase of 500 people compared to 2023, of which inpatient treatment reached 115% of the annual plan target, outpatient treatment reached 401% of the annual plan. Particularly from January 1 to March 20, 2025, there were over 528 people, reaching 52% of the 2025 plan target.

Doctor Dang Van Ha, Head of Thai Binh Farm Town Health Station, shared: Determining that a green, clean, and beautiful environment is important in improving the quality of treatment, reducing the risk of infection, and creating comfort for people and medical staff, over the years, Thai Binh Farm Town Health Station has maintained the criteria according to Decision No. 5959/QD-BYT, dated December 31, 2021 of the Ministry of Health on promulgating a set of criteria for green, clean, and beautiful medical facilities to carry out many activities, renovate the station campus, repair and upgrade the facilities of the rooms and patient rooms. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of health care and meeting the satisfaction of the people.

Every year, in addition to the tree planting ceremonies, the station's doctors and nurses regularly maintain the planting of trees, flowers, and flower pots and ornamental plants in the station grounds, on both sides of the entrance gate, the garden, the waiting room, the examination area, the herbal medicine garden, the vegetable garden, the offices, and the patient rooms to create a green landscape. At the same time, a specific schedule is created for each officer and employee to take care of, water the plants, prune branches, and style them. Every day, in the morning, before the meeting, all officers and employees of the station clean together. Every Friday, all employees will gather to periodically clean the station.

Thanks to that, maintaining hygiene, building a green, clean, beautiful medical environment and implementing 5S (screening, arranging, cleanliness, care, readiness) have become a regular movement and activity of the staff of the Town Health Station. The appearance of the health station is always neat and clean, bringing satisfaction and comfort to patients.

In recognition of these efforts, Thai Binh Farm Town Health Station has been awarded certificates of merit by the District People's Committee and the Department of Health for many consecutive years. Most recently, the station won first prize in the group of health stations at the commune, ward and town levels of the province in the "Green - Clean - Beautiful Medical Facility" contest of the provincial health sector. In February 2025, the station was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for its outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day. This is a source of pride not only for medical staff but also for the entire Party Committee and People in the town and is also a motivation for the staff and doctors of the station to strive even more to both maintain and develop the "green, clean, beautiful" criteria that have been achieved, while constantly practicing medical ethics, improving professional qualifications and skills to do a good job of caring for and protecting people's health.
