From a small capacity factory destroyed by bombs, today, PC Thanh Hoa has become one of the key units of the Vietnamese electricity industry in general and the Northern Power Corporation in particular.

Today, the war has long since ended, Ham Rong has gone down in history as a shining milestone of revolutionary heroism in the Ho Chi Minh era. In that victory, it is impossible not to mention the heroic fighting and sacrifice of the cadres and workers of Ham Rong Power Plant, now Thanh Hoa Power Company. Following the heroic and resilient tradition, generations of Thanh Hoa electricity industry have always strived to overcome all difficulties and challenges so that the power source can shine everywhere, making a practical contribution to the socio-economic development, political stability, security and defense of Thanh Hoa province.
