Each member of the representative agency carries on his or her shoulders the responsibilities and missions for peace, cooperation and development. Therefore, Vietnam always considers the success of each diplomat in Vietnam as a practical contribution to the good development of relations with the country and organization that the diplomat is representing in our country."
