TRACODI is the general contractor of the high-end real estate project King Crown Infinity at 218 Vo Van Ngan, Binh Tho ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.
With the advantage of being a member of Bamboo Capital Group (HOSE: BCG), TRACODI is acting as the general contractor for a series of high-end real estate projects of BCG Land such as King Crown Infinity, Malibu Hoi An, Hoian d'Or. The construction of large-scale energy plants of BCG Energy such as BCG Long An 1 and 2, BCG Vinh Long, BCG Phu My are all undertaken by TRACODI.

TRACODI is the general contractor in charge of construction and installation of large-scale renewable energy projects of Bamboo Capital Group.
Currently, TRACODI is executing 3 packages of the Phan Thiet Airport Construction Project, the Residential Area and Reservoir in Bac Giang Province and the National Highway 3 - Vo Nguyen Giap - Dong Anh District (Hanoi) Construction Project. Thanh Tuan Construction Production Trading Service Company Limited (Thanh Tuan ATESCO) was established in 2004. The company owns a system of modern machinery and equipment and experience in constructing residential areas, infrastructure, and industrial parks in many provinces and cities across the country. Thanh Tuan ATESCO undertakes construction contracts under domestic and international bidding, taking on the role of general contractor with a turnkey form or directly contracting each part.

Although the sluggish real estate market has caused difficulties for many construction companies, Tracodi still achieved positive business results in the third quarter of 2023. TRACODI's revenue in the third quarter of 2023 reached VND 353.8 billion, pre-tax profit reached VND 73.6 billion, up 132.3% compared to the second quarter and up 28.3% compared to the same period in 2022. In the first 9 months of 2023, TRACODI's consolidated net revenue reached VND 1,159 billion, pre-tax profit reached VND 187.5 billion, completing 56.12% of the plan.
