Accordingly, the person with the highest pension is Mr. PPNT in Ho Chi Minh City with an amount of about 161 million VND/month. In the payment period of January 2025, the amount Mr. PPNT received was about 322 million VND.

Previously, Vietnam Social Security sent a document to Vietnam Post Corporation and Social Security of provinces and cities regarding the payment of pensions and allowances for January and February 2025.

Vietnam Social Security provides funds to pay pensions and allowances for January and February 2025 to Social Security of provinces and cities at the same time as pensions and allowances for January 2025, including beneficiaries receiving in cash and receiving through personal accounts.

Provincial and municipal social insurance agencies shall report to local Party committees and authorities on the plan to implement pension and allowance payments for January and February 2025 at the same time as pension and allowance payments for January 2025.

Social Insurance shall pay pensions and monthly allowances through personal accounts for beneficiaries in January and February 2025 at the same payment period as January 2025, ensuring full and timely payment to beneficiaries.

Based on the funding plan of Vietnam Social Security, the local Social Security agency transfers funds to the provincial Post Office to pay pensions and allowances for January and February in cash to beneficiaries in a timely manner according to instructions.

Units coordinate with the post office to notify beneficiaries of the pension and allowance payment schedule for January and February 2025 at the same payment period as January 2025.

In addition, it is necessary to strengthen inspection and supervision of the payment process to beneficiaries, coordinate, resolve and handle any arising issues, and promptly report any problems during the implementation process.
