Tan Uyen City: Handing over the project to remove temporary and dilapidated houses for households in difficult circumstances

(BDO) On April 23, Tan Uyen City People's Committee coordinated with the city's Red Cross Society (RCS) to organize a handover ceremony of the project "erasing temporary and dilapidated houses" to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dung's family in Dieu Hoa hamlet, Bach Dang commune.

The project is a house with an area of ​​100m², the total construction cost is 150 million VND; of which the Provincial Red Cross Association supported 100 million VND, the Bach Dang commune government mobilized to support 100 bags of cement, the rest was contributed by family and relatives. At the ceremony to receive the new house, Mr. Dung's family also received many practical gifts from the Provincial, City and local Red Cross Associations.

Delegates performed the ceremony of naming the project to support Mr. Dung's family.
Many practical gifts will help Mr. Dung's family have more conditions to improve their lives.

This is a project responding to the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide" launched by the Prime Minister; practically celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and responding to the Humanitarian Month in 2025 in Tan Uyen City.
