Overview of the training class.
At the training course, nearly 300 workers who are currently working or wish to register for photography business in the city were informed by the leaders of the City Center for Culture - Sports and Tourism about the system of legal documents related to photography business activities, along with the latest management regulations of the City People's Committee. The training content includes cultural communication skills, instructions on introducing tourist landscapes, handling common situations and rules for organizing, managing and operating photography activities during the tourist season.
According to the 2025 photography service management plan of Sam Son City, the photography activity area is divided into 9 clusters. The clusters include key locations such as: Truong Le mountain area, Vinh Son beach, Uncle Ho Monument area and along the coast from A beach (the foot of Doc Cuoc Temple) to Van Chai tourist area. This clear zoning is to ensure order and civilization in photography business activities and avoid unfair competition.
Sam Son City requires people doing photography business to have a clear background, permanent or temporary residence in the locality, to have participated in training and have a valid certificate; strictly prohibits acts such as forcing customers to take photos, developing additional photos when customers do not request, charging more than the prescribed amount, following, soliciting, entering accommodation facilities to solicit customers, or drinking alcohol or gambling while working. Printing and developing photos is not allowed in the beach area east of Ho Xuan Huong Street. The city also assigned functional units such as the police, market management, commune and ward authorities to strengthen inspection and handle violations to ensure order and maintain the image of civilized and safe tourism.
