Sa Dec City signed to implement Vinh Phuoc Urban Area project: Solving the housing land needs of 1,000 households

DTO - On the afternoon of April 22, at the Sa Dec City People's Committee Hall, the Sa Dec City People's Committee held a contract signing ceremony for the Vinh Phuoc Urban Area Project with Tay Bac Investment Group Joint Stock Company. Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Le Van Ngọt - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Dong Thap Province; Mr. Nguyen Van Hon - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Sa Dec City People's Committee; leaders of the People's Council, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Sa Dec City, departments, branches and representatives of investors.

According to the signed content, Vinh Phuoc Urban Area Project forms a modern residential area, with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, serving the housing needs of 4,000 people, equivalent to about 1,000 households. The project is implemented in Ward 1 and An Hoa Ward, Sa Dec City. Northwest: Adjacent to Tran Thi Nhuong Street, Northeast: Adjacent to the current residential area of ​​Nguyen Tat Thanh Street and Luu Van Lang Secondary School, South and Southwest: Adjacent to the current residential area and Cau Dot Market.

Perspective of Vinh Phuoc Urban Area project implementation

The project has a scale of about 22.1 hectares, including 551 plots, of which 512 are adjacent plots (including 190 rough-built plots with completed exterior, 322 plots of land with subdivided plots), 39 resettlement plots, along with 1 commercial service area and 1 traditional market. The total investment of the project is over 712 billion VND. The expected contract implementation period is 36 months. The construction items will be completed, accepted and handed over for use in April 2028.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Hon - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Sa Dec City affirmed that the city government will create the most favorable legal conditions and accompany the investor during the implementation process. He expected that the project will contribute to creating a civilized and modern living environment; promote urban beautification, and change the face of the city in the coming time. The investor's representative committed to implementing the project in accordance with regulations and ensuring progress.
