In 2025, the work of selecting, calling citizens to join the army and participate in performing the People's Public Security service will be implemented closely in each stage and step according to the set procedures and plans, ensuring fairness and compliance with the law. Departments, branches, sectors and organizations at all levels closely coordinate in organizing propaganda and widely disseminating the Law on Military Service among the People, many citizens enthusiastically write applications to volunteer to join the army. The organization of the military handover ceremony was carefully prepared, took place quickly, neatly and safely, excellently completing the assigned tasks, reaching 100% of the target and achieving high quality in politics and technical expertise (including 32 party members).

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the City People's Committee, Chairman of the Military Service Council of Long Xuyen City Tran Minh Duc highly appreciated the coordination and collaboration between agencies, units and localities, contributing to the excellent completion of the task of selecting and calling citizens to join the army in 2025.
