Accordingly, on September 5, 2023, Principal of Nguyen Huu Tho Secondary School Ngo Van Loc signed Decision No. 75/QD-NHT approving Xich Long Culinary Company to win the above bid package with a winning bid price of more than: 38.3 billion VND (contract implementation period of 3 years). The bid package has an approved price of more than: 38.4 billion VND (of which the cost of meals is more than: 34.9 billion VND; the contingency cost is more than: 3.4 billion VND). Through bidding, more than 109 million VND (0.3%) is saved.
In addition to winning the above bid, recently, Xich Long Food Company has won at least 4 bids to provide meals for boarding students at schools in District 7. The bids that this unit participates in often have very low savings rates.
Most recently, on February 28, 2025, the Principal of Luong The Vinh Primary School (District 7) issued Document No. KQ2400606791 - 2502280951 deciding on the approval of the results of the online contractor selection for the Package of providing boarding meals for students of the School. Xich Long Culinary Company surpassed 2 competitors and won the bid with a price of more than: 30.3 billion VND (package implementation time: 23 months). The package has an invitation to bid price of more than: 30.4 billion VND. Through bidding, more than 105 million VND (0.3%) was saved.
Notably, according to the E-HSDT Evaluation Report prepared by CICON Construction Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. on February 10, 2025, in this bid package, Xich Long Cuisine Company had a higher bid price than the two competitors (the two competitors offered bid prices of 29.2 and 19.1 billion respectively but failed the bid because: "the contractor did not meet the technical requirements of E-HSDT.
Previously, on December 31, 2024, Xich Long Food Company was approved by the Principal of Vo Thi Sau Primary School, Phan Thanh Phong, to win the bid to provide meals for boarding students with a winning bid price of more than: 20.2 billion (implementation period of 14 months). Only Xich Long Food Company bid and won this bid.
Before that, on October 25, 2024, Xich Long Food Company won the bid to provide meals for boarding students in the 2024-2025 school year at Nguyen Thi Dinh Primary School. The winning bid price was over: 8.2 billion VND (implementation time 210 days). This bid was only bid by Xich Long Food Company. The bid price was approved over: 8.2 billion VND. Through bidding, 35.7 million VND (0.4%) was saved.
Similar to the above enterprise, Hanh Phuc Food Company Limited (Hanh Phuc Food Company, Binh Thuan Ward, District 7) has recently won at least 6 consecutive bids to provide meals for boarding students in the district with winning bid prices close to the bidding price.
The new Happiness Food Company bid package was just won on February 25, 2025 at Pham Huu Lau Primary School with a winning bid price of more than 23.2 billion VND (implementation period of 24 months).
Five days earlier, on February 20, 2025, Hanh Phuc Food Company won the bid to provide food for boarding students at Le Anh Xuan Primary School, worth more than 9 billion VND (implementation period 13 months).
Before that, in the period from July to September 2024, Hanh Phuc Culinary Company won 4 consecutive bids to provide meals for boarding students at 4 schools in District 7 with a "super-saving" savings rate.
Specifically: on July 20, 2024, Pham Huu Lau Secondary School issued Decision No. 307/QD-PHL approving the Happiness Food Company to win the bid to provide meals for boarding students with a winning bid price of more than: 31.1 billion VND (implementation period of 36 months). This bid package has an approved price of more than: 31.3 billion VND. Through bidding, it saves more than: 235 million VND; rate: 0.75%.
On September 5, 2024, Hanh Phuc Cuisine Company was approved to win the bid of the same name at Phu Thuan Primary School with a winning bid price of more than: 7.7 billion VND (implementation period of 7 months).
By October 28, 2024, Kim Dong Primary School approved Hanh Phuc Culinary Company to win the package of the same name with a winning bid price of more than: 8.7 billion VND (implementation period of 9 months). This package only had Hanh Phuc Culinary Company bidding and winning the bid. The approved package price was more than: 8.7 billion VND. Through bidding, it saved more than: 37.7 million VND; rate: 0.4%.
Then, on November 11, 2024, Hanh Phuc Food Company (the only bidder) won the bid package of the same name at Phu My Primary School with a winning bid price of more than: 4.6 billion VND (implementation time 210 days). The bid package has a price of more than: 4.6 billion VND. Through bidding, it saves more than: 26 million VND; rate: 0.6%.
