The State Bank of Region 2 has directed commercial banks, foreign bank branches, credit institutions providing payment services, ATMs, etc. to strengthen the work of ensuring network information security during the celebration of the 50th anniversary of National Reunification Day.
Accordingly, banks and credit institutions in Ho Chi Minh City proactively implement solutions to ensure the safety of banking operations, payment systems, and automatic teller machines (ATMs) during the days of the 50th anniversary of National Reunification Day.
Banks and credit institutions are also required to maintain a 24/7 operation to handle any problems that may arise and promptly take care of customers using payment services, cash, debt repayments, maturing deposits, etc.
During this process, if there are any difficulties, problems, or need for support, commercial banks and credit institutions in the area should report to the State Bank of Region 2 and Ho Chi Minh City Police for coordination in handling.
