Thematic City tours associated with the museum system, architectural heritage and night tours are also renewed, combined with practical experiences to bring visitors deeper emotions and better understanding of the history and formation and development process of the city.

Ho Chi Minh City is expected to welcome a large number of tourists during the holiday.

The head of the city's tourism industry also mentioned the information that has been circulating for many days about cultural and historical tours being fully booked and travel agencies having stopped accepting guests. "We still have many attractive and diverse products to introduce Ho Chi Minh City for tourists to choose from. There is also information that hotels are fully booked from April 27 to May 1, but in reality, only hotels in the central area, especially hotels on parade routes, are available. There are still many 3-5 star hotels in the city. In addition, the standard service facilities that we have assessed to serve tourists still have room capacity and are ready to welcome tourists to the city. Information will be posted on the department's website and district and county platforms for guests to easily find."

"50 Golden Days" Campaign

Along with that, from April 20 to June 10, Ho Chi Minh City will implement a large-scale stimulus program with the theme "50 golden days - Discover the hospitable and vibrant Ho Chi Minh City".

More than 200 tourism and service businesses participated, offering many attractive incentive packages such as discounts on inner-city tours, historical city tours, resort - food - experience combos, room discounts from 3 stars and above, night tour tickets at museums and OCOP gifts with the identity of 50 years of national reunification. In particular, many incentive packages are aimed at groups, international guests and tourists visiting during the holidays of April 30 and May 1.

In order for the 2025 tourism activities to spread widely, communication work will be comprehensively deployed on platforms including videos, teasers, graphic images, propaganda publications, etc. Creative products such as a photo set of 50 symbols of Ho Chi Minh City, minigames, stickers, sample thank you letters, and the hashtag Find your vibes will inspire and encourage the community to participate in promoting the city's image. "We will strive so that anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh City on this occasion will feel that this is a livable place. Every street corner, every road has its own story, its own message that visitors can find themselves in," said Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa.
