That is the result of the "job transaction" session and the memorandum of understanding for recruiting young doctors in the 18-month pilot practice program at the hospital attached to the medical station, which was recently organized for the first time by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.
Of the 203 doctors, the Department of Health introduced 143 doctors to work at 25 city-level hospitals, 3 doctors to 2 specialized centers under the Department of Health, 39 doctors to 11 district-level hospitals, and 18 doctors to 13 medical centers.

The Director of the Department of Health requested that the units receive and sign labor contracts with doctors according to regulations; be responsible for assigning and arranging work. No later than 30 days from the date of signing the memorandum, doctors are responsible for submitting application documents and accepting work. Thus, out of the 244 doctors participating in the job fair held on August 15, 41 doctors have not yet chosen a place to work.
Previously, on August 15, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health organized a "Job Fair" for young doctors who completed the first course of the internship program at the General Hospital attached to the Health Station.
