Ho Chi Minh City: Over 600 delicious dishes from three regions are selected and presented at the Culinary Culture Festival

On the evening of March 27, the Saigontourist Group 2025 Food and Culture Festival organized by Saigon Tourist Corporation opened at Van Thanh Tourist Area, Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a key activity in a series of programs and events of Saigontourist Group to celebrate major holidays in Ho Chi Minh City and its 50th anniversary. The program lasts until March 30.

Saigontourist Group 2025 Food and Drink Culture Festival with over 600 delicious dishes selected from all three regions of the country.

Besides culinary activities, visitors to the Festival can also immerse themselves in a space filled with a festive atmosphere, imbued with the cultural identity of the three regions such as: Bamboo dancing - monkey dancing, Bac Ninh quan ho, performances of traditional musical instruments - lithophone, Hue folk songs, singing bai choi, circus - street magic, tuna cutting performance, street-style cai luong excerpts...

This year, the Van Thanh Metro line next to Van Thanh Tourist Area was put into operation, creating favorable conditions for visitors to participate in the festival. Therefore, there will be two entrances to the festival at Dien Bien Phu Street or Van Thanh Metro Station.

Saigontourist Group's Culinary Culture and Delicious Food Festival organized by Saigontourist Group is the only large-scale culinary culture event in Vietnam to be honored with prestigious awards from the World Culinary Awards. These include the award for "Best European Culinary Festival" for three consecutive years 2022, 2023, 2024 and the award for "Best World Culinary Festival" for two consecutive years 2023, 2024.
