The 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) will be held at 6:30 a.m. on April 30 on Le Duan Street, District 1, at the main stage in front of the Reunification Hall.
The parade and march took place at the same time, starting from Nguyen Binh Khiem intersection and moving across the main stage in front of Thong Nhat Hall.
The parade will end in 4 directions and move to the assembly point at Tao Dan Park, Ben Bach Dang Park, Hoa Lu Stadium and Le Van Tam Park, ensuring to avoid traffic jams.
To facilitate people to watch this special event, Ho Chi Minh City has installed 21 LED screens along central routes and important traffic points.

Previously, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City also informed about a series of activities in response to the April 30 holiday.
Highlights include the 3D Mapping art program from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on the evenings of April 19, 26, 29 and 30 in front of the People's Council and People's Committee headquarters; Demonstration of 10,500 drones on the Saigon River, on both banks of the river in Thu Duc City and District 1. The rehearsal will be at 10:00 p.m. on April 29 and the official performance will be at 8:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. on April 30.
