Regarding the street brawl, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward Police (District 12, Ho Chi Minh City) informed that the incident occurred at around 5:00 p.m. on October 18 on Bui Van Ngu Street, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward.
Initially, the authorities identified the victim as a student at the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center of District 12. The attacker was a student at the Technical Economic College of District 12.
