According to the plan, more than 10,000 people from the military, police, militia and people's representatives will gather in Ho Chi Minh City to practice the parade from 9:00 p.m. on April 22 to 0:00 a.m. on April 23. The group will move on Le Duan Street, in front of the Independence Palace (District 1).

After this general training session, the forces will have a preliminary rehearsal on April 25 and a state-level rehearsal on April 27 on Le Duan Street.

The official parade will start at 6:30 a.m. on April 30. The group will depart from the Nguyen Binh Khiem intersection and move along Le Duan Street, passing the main stage in front of the Independence Palace. When finished, the group will split into 4 directions and move to the assembly location.

The upcoming parade on April 30 will have the participation of 4 parliamentary blocs, 36 parade blocs, 12 marching blocs and the armies of Laos, Cambodia and China.

Accordingly, for today's second training program, Ho Chi Minh City prohibits all vehicles from traveling or parking from 5:30 p.m. on April 22 to 1 a.m. on April 23.
