Hai Duong City temporarily suspends implementation of 14 public investment projects

The Executive Committee of the Hai Duong City Party Committee has basically agreed on the plan to temporarily suspend a number of public investment projects during the process of restructuring the apparatus.

On the afternoon of April 10, at the 27th conference, the Executive Committee of the Hai Duong City Party Committee, term XXIII, 2020 - 2025, basically agreed on the plan to temporarily suspend public investment projects during the implementation of the plan to reorganize the apparatus; adjust the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and the public investment plan for 2025 according to the report of the Hai Duong City People's Committee.

Project to renovate and upgrade the headquarters and hall of the Tan Binh ward cultural center is on the list of temporarily suspended projects.

Assign the City People's Committee to complete and submit to the City People's Council for approval for implementation; at the same time, direct the People's Committees of wards and communes to implement in a synchronous, timely manner, in accordance with legal regulations.

The Hai Duong City Party Committee noted to review and evaluate the suspended projects to ensure compliance with the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on this content.

The project to renovate and repair the conference hall of Binh Han Ward People's Committee has been temporarily suspended.

According to the report of Hai Duong City People's Committee, the city will temporarily suspend the implementation of 14 projects with a total investment of over 500 billion VND. Of these, there are 8 projects decided by the city with a total investment of over 496 billion VND and 6 projects decided by wards and communes with a total investment of over 9 billion VND.

Investment projects are temporarily suspended because they are no longer suitable for the implementation of the restructuring and streamlining of administrative apparatus at all levels. Investment is suspended to ensure effective and economical use of resources, avoiding loss and waste...

5- General construction planning of Tien Tien commune, Hai Duong city to 2040, scale 1/5,000

6- General construction planning of An Thuong commune, Hai Duong city, scale 1/5,000

7- Urban development program of Hai Duong city to 2040

8- Establish regulations for managing urban architecture and rural residential areas in Hai Duong city.

9- Renovation and repair of the conference hall of Binh Han Ward People's Committee

10- Renovating and upgrading the headquarters and hall of the central cultural house of Tan Binh ward
