In the first 9 months of 2023, the socio-economic situation of Ha Tinh city recovered rapidly and grew quite well. The locality has comprehensively developed and implemented, ensuring the progress of resolutions, policies, projects, and plans to specify key tasks. Especially important and strategic tasks such as: expanding administrative boundaries; adjusting the city's master plan, completing zoning plans; deploying strategic transport infrastructure, the project "Priority infrastructure and urban development adapting to climate change in Ha Tinh city" (ADB loan); improving the criteria for type II urban areas; speeding up the progress of urban embellishment and drainage works in the city...

In the first 9 months, the total state budget revenue in the area reached 688 billion VND, equal to 84% of the plan assigned by the province. Since the beginning of the year, the city has established 284 new enterprises.

Implementing target programs, wards and communes proactively deployed construction, completing 8.7/9.7km of roads, reaching 90%; residential drainage ditches and drainage ditches on both sides of the road (6.6/7.6km), reaching 87%; asphalt pavement reached 87,908/ ^103,000m2 , reaching 85%.
