Implementing the policy of establishing a three-tiered police system, eliminating district-level police forces, the leaders of ward-level police forces are promptly commencing their work after restructuring, ensuring security and order, preventing interruptions to operations, ensuring no areas are left unattended, and avoiding any impact on the normal activities of society and the people. “Party committees, government agencies, and relevant departments are strengthening their monitoring of public opinion among cadres, Party members, and the people regarding the policy of streamlining the organizational apparatus. The restructuring and streamlining of the local apparatus was carried out simultaneously with preparations for the UNESCO ceremony recognizing the Via Ba Chua Xu Festival at Sam Mountain as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity; preparing and organizing the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; implementing thematic supervision of 4 Party organizations and 15 Party members under the management of the City Party Standing Committee; completing 100% of the 2025 military recruitment target; and completing the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the area… Production and business activities were bustling and vibrant; security and order were maintained; social welfare work and celebrating the Party and the Lunar New Year were effectively implemented. Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee, Le Hong Quang, stated that before completing its "historical mission" in accordance with the Central Committee's policy on organizing a two-tiered system of local Party and government organizations (provincial and commune levels), the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Standing Committee of the Chau Doc City Party Committee to continue upholding a high sense of responsibility and focus on effectively implementing several key tasks.
First and foremost, it is crucial to urgently lead and direct the strict implementation of the Central and provincial policies on administrative restructuring, with the spirit that reorganizing administrative units and streamlining the apparatus is a vital task, a revolution to contribute to realizing the long-term development vision of the country. Therefore, the work should be carried out in the spirit of "running and queuing at the same time," "the province will not wait for the district," and "the district will not wait for the commune." Effective evaluation of cadres should be carried out, selecting capable individuals for appropriate placement; cadres assigned to new positions must comply with the assignments, for the common development of their sector, agency, unit, and the province. Strengthening the monitoring of ideology, information, and propaganda is essential to create unity in awareness, action, and political determination within Party committees, Party organizations, the political system, and social consensus to successfully implement this policy.

Furthermore, it is necessary to compile statistics, review and handle state finances and budgets, and the headquarters of agencies and units during the organizational restructuring process. Absolutely no loss of state assets, finances, or budgets, or any corruption, should occur during the restructuring; there should be no vacant, unused, misused, or inefficient use of resources that leads to waste and loss of assets. Properly address the policies and regulations related to personnel management to motivate, encourage, and ensure the rights and interests of the staff subject to restructuring and streamlining.
