Nguyen Vinh Ha Phuong regretfully missed the top 15. The beauty born in 2003 is considered a potential contestant, attracting attention with her opera performance and winning the Most Impressive Name Calling Award. She was once in the top 10 of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023.
