According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 5, at the invitation of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong, President of the United States of America Joseph R. Biden, Jr. will pay a State visit to Vietnam from September 10-11.
