The office of South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol also confirmed this information, saying that this was just a normal activity of the Blue House owner.
According to Korean media, President Yoon Suk-yeol is not used to playing golf, the last time he played the sport was in 2016.
In a press conference after a phone call with Mr. Trump on November 7, President Yoon Suk-yeol said that Mr. Trump's advisers believe that US-South Korea relations will develop further in the future.

Trump's advisers even offered to help Yoon Suk-yeol build a relationship with the next US leader.
Analysts say President Yoon Suk-yeol wants to use his personal relationship with Mr. Trump to promote Seoul's interests. Because South Korea and many other countries will be affected if Mr. Trump implements an "America First" foreign policy.
South Korean companies are heavily dependent on trade with the United States, and during Mr Trump’s first term the two countries clashed over the issue of sharing the cost of the roughly 28,500 US troops stationed in South Korea after the 1950-53 Korean War.
Officials in Seoul, on the other hand, are scrambling to prepare for changes in trade relations with the United States after Trump takes office. President Yoon Suk-yeol even plans to meet with major Korean industry representatives this weekend to prepare for Trump's return.
Ramon Pacheco Pardo, an expert on North Korean issues, said the similar personalities and objective approach between Mr. Trump and Mr. Yoon could help the two leaders get along.
“I also think that Mr. Yoon is generally well-liked by policymakers in the United States, which will benefit him, regardless of Mr. Trump's foreign policy,” added Mr. Ramon Pacheco Pardo.
Political analyst Bruce Klingner, of the Heritage Foundation in Washington, agreed with Ramon Pacheco Pardo's comments, saying that the US and South Korea should strengthen their alliance further, but that would not be enough to help Seoul avoid negative impacts.
