
Burundian President Évariste Ndayishimiye and his high-ranking delegation visited the Tradition Room of The Cong - Viettel Football Club, witnessed historic trophies, and watched footage of the oldest and most successful football club in Vietnam.
President Évariste Ndayishimiye - who was also President of the Burundi Olympic Committee for many years - visited the facilities of Viettel Sports Company. He paid special attention to youth training, training philosophy and the operation of a football club.

During the program, President Évariste Ndayishimiye also discussed cooperation activities between Burundi and Viettel Sports Company, emphasizing that Burundi players will come to train and study at The Cong - Viettel Football Club. Chairman and General Director of Viettel Group Tao Duc Thang highly appreciated this cooperation opportunity.
All the players of The Cong - Viettel were present to welcome the high-ranking delegation of Burundi. Captain Bui Tien Dung was honored to be the representative to present flowers to the highest leader of the Republic of Burundi. The U17 young players of The Cong - Viettel were selected to perform their skills right at the unit's stadium.
